I have purchased a new country, and for whatever reason it won't allow me to change the ruler picture nor the flag. I set them to defaults, then when I try to upload the photo's I want it goes back to what it was when I purchased the country. Any suggestions on how to fix this? |

Try clearing your web browser's cache. |

Upload your new flag and ruler picture.
Then hold the shift key and click on the refresh button (looks like a half circle with an arrow) at the top of the page between the arrows and the home button. Your new flag and ruler pic should then load and be seen. |

Are you using an iPhone (smart device) or laptop/desk computer? If using an iPhone like me it took hours or the next day when ruler/flag would appear. I went through the process two times and then waited..eventually they appeared the next day. I’ve done this same procedure for 11 countries and it worked each time. |

Its working now. I suppose it was just some issues the system was having. |
