While in your country, click on Settings button. This button is located to the right of your flag and image. You'll see three tabs show up: Settings, Uploading Images And Sounds, Secrecy. In the Settings tab, you can update the name of your country. In the Uploading Images and Sounds tab, you can update the flag of your country.
