At game month December 4750 on Kebir Blue, both my Enterprises dropped 1500+ points with no explanation or enterprise changes.
I had been offered a game reward for my rank but refused this. I had already dropped point before refusing.
It does not help that there is no breakdown of points like there is with countries.
Any ideas people?

Scores never change without reason.
You have won the first award on KB in November.
The score penalty is applied across all your assets on KB.
First award winners always accept their awards automatically.
Your score did not change on the best players list.
we have added the best players list recently to resolve the problem of falling scores after winning an award. |

My score changed from 3,893 in November 4750 to 2,393 in December 4750. My rank from 4 to 19.
I have already received my first game reward and had the option to accept, which I did.
I refused the award this time and still dropped points. |

You receive a first place award for your country on December 1 and it was automatically accepted.
As a result, scores of all countries and enterprises on the same world declined.
The country remains on the best players list with no change to its score.
Enterprises decline as we have only one list for enterprises.
The feature is introduced some years ago to prevent one player from winning many awards each month, blocking other good players.
The "penalty" is reduced in time and both countries and enterprises return to their true score levels. |
