CEOs of smaller enterprises (up to 100 corporations) can build Natural resources corporations in C3 countries.

the process of building is now much faster and easier.

When you request to build a new Natural Resources corporation,
you now get a list of 100 C3 countries where you can build.

The pages shows immediately and all the countries in the list are C3 countries.

before, the list was very very long and it took a long time to create.
countries with presidents were also on the list.

The feature is now completed.
