Andy | Saturday, May 9, 2020 - 08:14 am New players may not be aware of the high profitability of corporations producing natural resources. All new players get countries that are very rich in natural resources. The number of resources available is in most cases larger than 30. It means that they can setup these corporations that will be very profitable and produce very high profits. New natural resources are available in all countries but in free countries, every new discovery round adds new resources and as these were never used, their numbers accumulated up to nearly 50 in some countries. |
Andy | Friday, May 15, 2020 - 04:01 pm The total value of corporations in the country is part of the score. It is not the total value of assets because we do not want the amount of cash in the country to influence the score. Natural resources corporations have a high value. we expect their market value to increase higher and end up 3 or 4 times higher than the average market value of other corporations. We are close to completion of an update of the natural resources feature. small CEOs with less than 100 corporations, will be able to build natural resources corporations in any country that has these resources available. |
Lord Mndz | Friday, May 15, 2020 - 08:36 pm Andy, how about a value of Ceo controlled corporations? Is this included into value as well? |
Andy | Thursday, May 21, 2020 - 10:56 am These corporations are not owned by the country. their value is not a country asset. their value contributes to the CEO score and CEO awards. |
Lord Mndz | Thursday, May 21, 2020 - 06:37 pm Andy, you are looking from the wrong angle. For me a high number of private corporations indicates that country is doing very well and the score of such country needs be higher but not lower. If you exclude value of private corporations from the score this is the same as telling "Best are the countries without CEO corporations", but do you really want to create another barrier for CEO corporations not to be welcomed into the country - now because of the lower score? |
Andy | Friday, May 22, 2020 - 01:44 pm The asset value of these corporations in a country translates into very few score points. Its not worth the discussion. further more, these corporations contribute a lot of cash to the country and increase its income. this is adding a lot to the score. so they do contribute to the score in value of the assets, income and the financial index. much more than their assets value could do. If these few points, despite of the other advantages will create a barrier for players, so be it. I do not think so. |
Lord Mndz | Friday, May 22, 2020 - 02:26 pm If this is small then it makes sense |
Zed Zombie | Saturday, May 23, 2020 - 09:51 am i don't care about scores. just want to have fun. don't care about building as well. this game had potential and still has potential to be the best there is. i'm not forgetting fortnight, call of duty, risk, skyrim, WOW, and so many others. just a shame to me to see so much potential neglected. open the game up and let people have fun. i recruited many to play this game years back. would not be hard to do so again if were more pvp friendly. i do mean being able to war within a week time and no waiting on weapons or ammo after that week. probably talking to a wall but thought it worth a try. not wasting my money on this game style just so you know. |
Lord Mndz | Saturday, May 23, 2020 - 11:11 am We all know that entry threshold is very hard for new players, so many ppl bancruipt if they only try to get into some action. This way game loses potentially most active presidents and the rest just not causing any action at all. |
