The federations LACERTA DEFENSE INITIATIVE (LDI) and NORTHERN STAR ALLIANCE (NSA) have come to an agreement on the world (Fearless Blue) to limit their warfare and not attack new players, unless provoked or said new player threatens the national security of LDI OR NSA or its members. INACTIVE PLAYERS' countries are fair game for all players to raid /strengthen their war skills as long as said country is confirmed inactive.
NORTHERN STAR ALLIANCE and LACERTA DEFENSE INITIATIVE have agreed to no longer recruit new players until a time the two federations deem the game off "life support" or self sustaining. As the two largest established federations on FB, we have decided on this agreement, not to discourage new players joining us, but to encourage new players to start their own federations so as to form their own alliances and game ideologies.
