Hasan Atir | Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 09:43 am So I'm looking at a corp I have in a C3 country, which suddenly is starting to lose employees. I bumped the salary up, but that didn't help, so I decided to have a look at what the country is actually doing. The country has an employment index of ~52%, so one would assume finding workers wouldn't be difficult. What is even happening? |
John Galt | Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 01:21 pm You are likely short on a type of worker. If you need 100 executives for example and you only have 50, your entire Corp will be at 50%. Check your education priorities. |
johnV | Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 01:54 pm C3's will reset once in a while. If all the corps in the country have low employment that's probably what happened. A salary of 320- 330 should get you the workers in a day or so. If the country has a lot of CEO corps with high employment you may want to look at their salaries. |
Andy | Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 02:03 pm This is true but the automatic procedure should balance the workers and the situation should be improved. If you see more of this, please give an exact location (names) and I would like to look into it. |
Hasan Atir | Friday, September 27, 2019 - 11:40 am I initially assumed that there was a shortage of specific professions too, but the country stats seem to suggest that there's a decent number of unemployed for each profession. The country is 'The Democratic Union of Lennox pal' on Little Upsilon |
