Never heard of an entire continent being conquered before. But like EnverHoxha said my fed mate and leader Khome has conquered two entire regions and then some and has for years been the largest empire. My country Ailuros refers to the Malizians (Khome's empire the Malizian Union) as the Chinese of KB as there are more than 5 billion of them (Malizians) spanning a large area.
The costs of having and maintaining such an empire are huge tho. The game discourages large empires. |

I had over 50 countries in my empire long time ago, but you cannot keep that as cost of the government increases exponentially, also you cannot fit them in a single federation. So as it is said before this game discourage players from having large empires. The maximum number of countries is 10, adding 11th will cause rebellion in an entire empire.
At the very beginning of this game there were 2 players who had many hundreds of countries each, they almost separated the world between themselves by taking entire continents, but there were no limitations at all back then. |

I have started this game over about 20 times if not more because I can't seem to keep my economic going in the right direction. Can anyone give some advice. |

Unless your playing the war game don't bother with a large army to start with. Build your economy first. Have or build corps where there is a large demand for the product like Oil. Close or get rid of corps that have a surplus of product. I tend to build corps with mining, industry, high tech, with some agriculture and food and recreation.
If you want to attract CEO's and Enterprises you will have to keep your tax rate low. Or you could also have a state run economy and have a high tax rate. |
