There are many little functions all connected to the general beginners support feature.
This features is one of several you can turn on or off on the Automation page.
If this function is on as it is for every new player, it helps the country to build the education, health, transportation and it helps creating jobs, balancing the workers market, making sure orders are placed and even fixes finance in some cases.
Ever since we have introduced it, there were requests to turn it off. Many complaints were directed at the automatic corporations building.
All these functions stop when you reach game level 4.
Some of these functions were active independent of this automation setting and worked for all countries in game level 1-3.
We have now made a change and all the beginners support functions are dependent on the setting of this automation feature on the automation page.
If turned off, none will work. There are some features that redistribute workers between groups. These are always active and simulate what really happens when there are extreme shortages or surpluses on the labor market.
People move to other professions because they need to work.
Other than that, when this function is turned off, you are on your own.
We advise beginners to keep it on.
It helps in many ways and prevents difficulties in the economy. |
