Ok, that's enough. If a country's employment index is at 86, there is NO reason for automatic building of state corporations. None whatsoever. Iv'e let this slid for a while, but it is becoming bothersome. It wreaks havoc, causing those ridiculous rebellions and building corps I haven't been planning on. I have auto build for corps turned off. Please, can we stop forcing countries to build corps? Why do we have the "auto build" option to switch off to begin with?
This is not helping me.
