The trick is that the odd workers that you can't fit into a corporation is less of a percentage of your workforce as your workforce gets larger. Mostly simplified into it is easier as you have more population. |

Hit over 97% in a couple 30 million population countries before. Had to log on at least once a day to redistribute the work force & tweak Education priorities. Found it tedious lol. It's a whole lot easier to be happy with 95%. |
