Sunnyknight | Wednesday, January 13, 2016 - 02:48 am Just a query to the admins / devs. When can we expect the mobile version of this to be polished up and actually usable? Currently there just a bunch of tiles and you can barely order goods or move goods around. It seems that for now... it's only good for jumping on the forum or chat? Have I missed a setting somewhere that changes the layout?? I know updating the game in various ways is important, but producing a polished layout with uses almost exactly the same as the Web version could open the possibility of more players (via playstore). Just something I've been wanting to ask. |
John West | Wednesday, January 13, 2016 - 02:55 am A mobile version of the web site would of probably made more sense than an app, where potentially the only big difference between mobile and pc versions of the web site is that the sizes of things would be scalability different, although they could make the two versions of the web site very different if they wanted to. but regardless, I think the app although not on the same level of using a PC browser, is useful and cool and I like it. You can still do some things, although not everything, even when you're too busy to use a PC. I found before the app that the web site already mostly works well on a mobile browser I have tried, with the exception of a few features that only work on a PC browser. |
Jonni | Wednesday, January 13, 2016 - 11:19 am Once the app reaches feature parity with the browser version. The next step will be making the app interface available to people playing in the browser as well. The app is designed in a way that dynamically adapts to almost any screen size and resolution (a 4K+ TV might cause some interesting problems). This means that transferring the app interface to browser will be a very easy process. |
