Provide a wide area earth penetrating tomography or locate underground bunkers & a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area 6. Used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete HAARP as Offense 1. HAARP super heaters can create massive weather effects over entire hemispheres - what is done in one place will impact everyone else on the planet. HAARP can be bounced off the earths ionosphere. 2. The U.S. sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury bouncing off the ionosphere to different parts of the globe. 3. Focusing HAARP waves into the planet can cause earthquakes, as well as detect them - part of a project named Prime Argus. As in Japan, the effect is proceeded by an aurora display in the clouds. 4. Behavior modification - Low level E.L.F. waves will cause the human brain to begin to change including its chemistry, modifying behavior. From numbing paralysis to intense agitation at great distances. 5. Human extermination E.L.F. waves, Tesla proved, could damp out the human electro-magnetic field from a great distance, causing brain and heart to stop functioning. 6. Holes cut through the ozone allow direct suns radiation to the oceans floor and destroy animal location senses, (as in whales and bees and migrating birds).

He was on the board of 3 major Defense Corps before he died. Back then they could pin-point a ball of fire from 1000 miles away, land it, and project a human voice from it using E.L.F. - just to see if they could mimic God's dialogue with Moses.

Our problem is that we are destroying Gaia's capability's to to adapt to Natural Climate Change by consuming and polluting everything she needs to ensure life has the time to adapt. They use the words Climate change because if they said our activities are destroying the Natural World which is accelerating Climate Change, they would have to stop us from consuming and polluting.... Which would put a stop to their theft of all our resources and wealth, which would then put a stick in their wheel of their NWO plans under the guise of Capitalism and Freedom. Destroying what they should have been protecting for their Children. But by then it will be too late and they will die with regrets and self pity. The sure way not to be free when its time to pass.
