Played this game years ago & kept a big NAVY. Yesterday I created a New Strategic Carrier Group - took a few hours to get all the parts. I saved it to my Navy Base. Today it is gone. Am I losing Navy because I don't have sufficient NAVY Maintenance units? This happened in February when I lost a huge bulk of Navy Cruise Missiles & ships.

Never mind - fed tells me I must have been missing some Missiles in the formula - and the Navy disappears. Like the Philadelphia Experiment? Anyway - SC should bring back the Old Navy - 100% more fun - and a poor player could afford to fight a rich player.
