Thank you for tipping us off as to what you intend to do with the Security Council funds you are requesting. I am sure the Presidents of Kebir Blue will say NO to any proposal to provide you with the funds for nuclear weapons. I know I will. |

no that's fine if you say no but I have no interest in nuclear war im thinking about bringing my country out of secured mode and want to have nukes just incase of a war or a nice stockpile to scare people off that's all I have no harmful intentions in mind |

Dylan, keep your country in secured mode. Secured mode is a good thing.. It ensures that no one will wipe you off the map and gives you one country that you can keep all your cash and good assets in without worrying about someone overrunning you and taking all of it.
You can still attack computer controlled countries while in secured mode, and if you eventually want to wage war with another player you can build up a war slave funded by your secured main country.
Trust me, 2 trillion will not buy you enough nuclear power to ward off any blood thirsty warmonger. Secured mode is a free guarantee that you won't be overrun, so focus on building your econ so you can afford to nuke everyone on Kebir Blue later ;) |

Want some money build some profitable corps in your country. have a good assortment of workers and ask a few top level ceos to build in your country (as long as your tax is reasonable). Don't go around begging for money. |
