I have Too many unemployed LLW and do not know what to do with them. i can build coroporations but i have 2 mil unemployed and not enough skilled workers to pick up the slack. Any suggestions? |

Exchange workers with another player. Just let people know what world you're on and what country. There's usually someone with a surplus of skilled willing to exchange. Maybe post a request on your world forum as well as the trade forum. |

2 million isn't a problem. I have over 50 million llw unemployed in my empire. Now that's a problem. I would recommend you conquer c3's and take there work force. With 400k workers per transfer you'll fix that in a day or 2. |

Build schools, high schools and universities till your education index is 120. Then build a corporation, it will hire workers as they are educated. When it reaches 100% hiring build another. |
