what are people thinking when they do this?
ceos don't want to move into these areas
It don't matter what you make your taxes. they could be max and still not make a return. all this does is encourage hostile bids and make your country have econo problems
just buy them quality upgrades don't worry about the costs of them
eff helps to but mostly so you can make more companies eff don't help on cost
also company type help too
mining, HT, or ind works
