Wednesday, November 12, 2014 - 08:01 pm I moved this from the problem folder too here. Seems problems is locked and nobody can read new messages? After 2 days of trying to email the GM without reply. I'm posting here to see if anything will be done to fix my problem I've lost tons of professionals. When I moved my mobile units into the space centre all the unemployed professionals I had disappeared. The charts are only for total numbers and not unemployed. I had to add up all the mobile units sent through space then subtract that from the final total numbers. This is what I'm missing. Victory Soldiers = 48,825 Officers= 22950 Midway Soldiers= 130,750 Officers= 62,495 2 days and no reply from the GM.

Friday, November 14, 2014 - 10:44 am Is the GM email still gamemaster@simcountry.com ? I'm still waiting on a reply. 5 or 6 emails later and not a word, nothing. Seems if you disagree with the GM on the forum they'll totally ignore your emails. Great customer service pfff

Friday, November 14, 2014 - 05:00 pm As I did not receive that one, I went to check the spam filter on Google. don't know why, it had them all as spem. I marked them "Not spam" and I have them all now. I will look into these mails and will forward to an engineer who will respond on Monday. Found some more messages there, will take care of them too. I am very sorry about it. we alsways respond to mail. if it is a long story, it might take some time before we answer. If it is a short and clear mail, we answer quickly. if not, use the "problems" section on the forum and tell us about the unanswered mail.

Monday, November 17, 2014 - 07:29 pm It has just happened again. I made sure I only had a few hundred unemployed professionals before I tried moving units into space centre. Now the unemployed professionals have disappeared and it says 0 professionals.

Thursday, February 26, 2015 - 12:58 pm I'm sorry to see anyone go. As far as we know this has been solved a while ago. If it hasn't please let us know again. We've been stepping up our community interaction a lot lately, nothing should go unnoticed anymore. With major emergencies though, it's still going to be better to send a mail directly to gamemaster@simcountry.com You might not instantly get a reply but it makes a bunch of mobile devices sound off in tandem so it's very hard to miss.

Sunday, March 1, 2015 - 12:43 pm Emails that require an engineer to answer might take a bit longer as our poor engineers are backlogged. Rest assured though, we do not let them leave the office, ever. @Alocien I'm assuming you sent it to gamemaster@simcountry.com I'll make sure we get to your email first thing. It should never take us that long to reply to anything. It must have been overlooked, apologies for that.

Lola, for your sake, the goat sacrifices have been cut in half, but the Gods demand blood. and seeing how a CEO can not go to war and spill blood in the name of the Gods, Sacrifices must be made.
