Since when does a player winning a pvp war get forced to the same war level as the other guy you where fighting. I've been pushed up from lvl 4 to 10. I got the level 10 GC award but I've missed out on all the other levels? |

Thx for posting that Borg Queen. I forgot to even look at the docs. Andy was this changed or is it a mistake?
Also just to add as we're kinda on topic. On FB I couldn't dec on a wl 12 country when I was wl 4. He could dec me though, and did. Doesn't seem very fair? |

in wrong combination with
'Declaring war against countries in higher level than your own is as described above possible if you are in war level 6 or higher but it has a price. Once you declare war against a higher level country, you become vulnerable and can be attacked by any country with the same war level as yours or up to two levels higher.'
Did you get deced by him when you allready declared on the wl10? |

Yes I think so but it was a different country. Must still have an effect. Though on FB I was under the impression any country can dec on another aslong as they're wl 3 and above. |
