Andy | Friday, May 9, 2014 - 10:18 am The structure of corporations is slightly tuned today. The change is small. A small number of corporations need more workers than before; a small increase in a continuing trend. The wider change we have introduced has to do with a reduction in the number of workers in corporations if their efficiency is upgraded. Each efficiency upgrade reduces the number of low level workers and medium level workers needed and increases slightly, the number of professionals needed in the corporations. As a result, highly upgraded corporations need smaller numbers of people. The change yesterday, increased the advantage per upgrade for some corporations. This means that many existing corporations that are upgraded, now need smaller numbers of workers and also have an extra financial advantage as the total of salaries will decline a bit. All the changes are very small but we intend to make efficiency upgrades even more profitable for the corporations in the future. |
