buy MIBs, and Forts, if your just interested in the index. but interceptors, and helicopters would be more practical along with forts. |

Buying weapons will only increase your defense indexes.
go to the war page, (in the war menu) and then click on "explain my war index".
you will see where you have "damage points".
probably less than 150 fortifications.
Even if not at war, damage from an older war could continue for some time. |
