To treat your disabled workers you can convert Hospitals to Special Clinics. Each Clinic can treat 1000 disabled workers of which 200 return to work.

The Special Clinics are sponsored by CEO Controlled Corporations. Therefore you are able to rehabilitate 40% of the number of workers you have in CEO Controlled Corporations. The maximum number of the disabled that can be rehabilitated is also limited to 50% of all disabled workers.

is that how it works? I read a lot of things saying it does not really work that well and the big question is

What exactly does SPONSORED mean? Do the ceo's pay for them or does it mean that because a ceo is there you can build em but the nation pays for them just like normal schools and hospitals?

"The maximum number of the disabled that can be rehabilitated is also limited to 50% of all disabled workers."

thats what im questioning..... what is the time period or is there none..... is it maximum per month per year or what?.....

to answer your question CEOs being there allows the schools to work but the country must pay for them.... you can build them still but if CEOs arent there you will reach the maximum and they will not work and will simply be a waste of money

No time period is suggested or implied. I take it to mean 50% of ALL disabled workers period. Looking at my own country that would pan out. I have 996,533 disabled workers and barely under the MAX specified (which is specified and exactly half), rehabilitated.

I'm also skeptical about how well these really do work. I seem to have an awful lot in a country of 46 million people.

Number of Employees in CEO Controlled Corporations 2,148,237 Employees in Private Corporations
Number of Disabled that can be Rehabilitated (max) 591,141
Number of Rehabilitated Workers 591,204

Number of Disabled Workers 1,182,282 Total number of disabled
Number of Disabled Workers treated in Special Clinics 200,000

Number of Hospitals 197 Hospitals
Number of Special Clinics 100 Number of Hospitals for the Disabled
Convertable this month 10

we all have this window to review, in each country.

their are 2 limits to the max rehabilitated. you can only rehabilitate max of half your total disabled, or a number of disabled equal to 40% of your CEO employed workers. Which ever is less

so my CEO's limit my max to 40% of 2148237, or 859294. how ever, i only have 1182282 disabled, and the max of 591204 has already been reached. if i had fewer CEO corps, its possible for the max to be less than the 600K i've rehabilitated already.

and my 100 special clinics, is dramtically more than i need. you really only need between 1-5 total special clinics. even with super large countries. my 100 special clinics are for something else. I'm doing something similar with war hospitals.

each clinic, can rehabilitate 200 workers a GM. that means 5 would have an output of 1000 rehabilitated disabled workers. and assuming 0% death, i'd take less than 4 RL months for my country to go from 0 to 600K rehabilitated workers.

things i don't know. is if their is a secondary effect for the workers that are in treatment, (but may never be rehabilitated.) and what worker/professions they tend to take up. probably LLW, or MLW, but i don't really know that one.

House wives are the same, but the thing i'm not sure about with them, is that if you have less house wives, (BTW Schools,) you end up with less house holds, and i'm curious if less house wives, and less house holds, have a negative effect on birth rates? I don't know.
