Why can i only create 1-50 units at a time? its little non-sensical stuff like this that makes me the most angry about this game? theres so much of it its hard to keep track of and it seems none of it will ever be corrected... this discourages players and makes them quit.... everyone can post the odd little restrictions here this game has which makes it so hard to navigate since by themselves its not really worth creating a thread over

I think 50 is far too high.
A military unit needs 20.000+ people who used to work in the economy.
Creating 50 units, will take 1.000.000 workers out of their jobs in a single month and can destroy the economy.
(then you start asking what happened to your corporations).

The right number would be 1 to 10 units.
we will rethink it.
Do we need to give players the possibility to destroy their countries too quickly?

Yes but a warning should appear, Personally i think it should be left as is. Anything over would be EXCESSIVE. but anything less would be way to many clicks.

If i wanted to place 100 units of interceptors and 30 heli's units I've have to click and make, over and over 13 times, which would take a LARGE amount of time.
If i was attacked and had to defend 2-3nations. 36process would take a very desent amount of time. I agree with the GM that something should be stated to new players so they know whats happening. But a reduction in how many we could make would honestly a stupid move

This is your MOTHER speaking! Please don't make it THAT small!!!!!!!!! It would require MORE work. Now you dun want your poor old mother having to do more work, now would ya? AND it wouldn't destroy the economy if you make it to where that wouldn't happen. :P

In all seriousness, we've been putting up larger amounts of units for a very long time in the game. Please don't make things more difficult or make them become a deterrent to play. Please listen to your customers.

i agree, cant we just leave the game alone for awhile these constant changes can be very discouraging. It seems most changes that are made just frustrate paying customers. Always modifiying existing features and not really adding any cool features. i prepose changes are made on a quarterly bases or something.

People may not like change in the game, but W3c can't please all of the people all of the time. With regards to the game changes, they are like a Winston Churchill quote:- To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.

The changes all have timescales to be implemented by, maybe the game designers could think of using a tool like Swrve to test hypotheses with regards to the changes.

uh andy the number of units you can make is limited per click... you can still click multiple times and create a ton of units... so dont try to pass of this oddball feature as a safetynet because peoples economies can still be screwed up...... and in my opinion if you make alot of units and it "destroys" your economy then thats your own fault

plus when you buy the weapons and put them in stock it already uses up troops.. making a unit doesnt use troops

I think the thoughts about this went in the wrong direction. If someone has the weapons for 50 units, they already employ the soldiers for them. Allowing the player to create units quicker does nothing to change this. Capping the number of units you are able to create at one time does nothing but create more work for a player who needs to create more units.

I agree too Aries but I doubt the gm's could ever see the necessity to create hundreds or even 1000 units or more so now that Andy has stated we should be able to only create 10 at a time for a reason that shows in this instance he has no knowledge of what he's speaking about, the war game will become even more time consuming and restricting than it already is. That on top of the bogus reasoning by andy is frustrating. @ TheWhy, my apologies for my comment about shutting up.

when you select a target on the war console and then X out of the selecting weapons for attack page to maybe see where your unit is a green target marker remains over the target you selected so as to make you unable to reselect the target for attack.... kind of annoying

You can create as many units as you like but I was told buy a player better than me long ago there is no reason to have them unless you are able to use them in a timey way. :)
