The new immediate orders system will be activated tomorrow, July 2.

The new system will cause a reduction in the number of outstanding immediate orders and an increase in the number of orders that are placed at market price.

As a result, the market may show larger shortages.

The reason is, that market numbers are based of orders and offers at market price. otherwise, it would be easy to manipulate the market by placing very large orders or offers at absurd prices and influence the market price movements.

The shift from immediate orders to market orders will result in larger shortages but the underlying numbers remain unchanged because it does not result from more or less orders but rather by a shift from immediate orders that were not counted in the total orders to market orders that do count.

We cannot predict how big this shift will be but it will be a one time event.
