Monday, May 13, 2013 - 12:46 am  and when It sends an e-mail back to me telling me my password... its the exact same password I've always used, still I can't access, "Username or Password is not Correct" Please help Andy? Anyone? My locked country is "Bundesrepublik Aquitanien".

No Robocop, the problem is still persistent, my username (the one I can't access) is Wolfker, never changed my password... but I can't access... Some help would be appreciated, how can you suddenly lose your account out of nowhere? E-mail keeps saying its the same password...

The other is my LU country, another this emergency account and I fail to remember a fifth one... Can we resolve the Bundesrepublik Aquitanien issue? It is the most significant and the one I only log into to actually do something.

If I cannot recover it, perhaps you can accelerate the cancellation of that country? I aim at recovering and eventually becoming a premium member... I had already announced intentions... plans thwarted by the recent access block. The Elimination of those 5 accounts used temporarily to contact you, except perhaps one that is used by my partner?

| Thursday, May 16, 2013 - 12:24 pm We will reactivate the account that has the user name wolfker. You have used multiple accounts, we have seen the details and they are very clear. there was no other person involved. Now you have a new account. We will reactivate the one with the wolfker user name but: you need to close the new one you created and never start a multi player account again or everything will be closed down and removed.
