Hey! I do have a couple! 
1.Once i de-activate my defensive and offensive arms it does not let me re-activate it. Does it take a month before i can re-activate it.
2.How can i find out the range of my missiles because when in war i cannot use them because "they are out of range". Is it best to buy long range missiles instead of medium range? |

yes, and check the documentation, for the weapons, most the ranges were accurate last i checked. only one i know was wrong, was the defensive interceptors, and maybe the helis. |

Edmund, for your 1st Question, You can only activate a certain amount of weapons per month. |
