I can build TN and TN launchers on LU but can't seem to find what division they go in? Do they just sit in my stock until someone attacks then go badda boom?

They just sit in stock, and when you want to use them they will be available. Like land based cruise batts. They don't go in a unit, they just appear as an option to use in an attack.
