I was wondering why there are so few offers of population for sale by the Gamemaster?

I would like to buy 30-40 million in population over the next week or so, and every time I look the offers are taken.

Anyone thinking of selling some, it would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

the offers of the admin are accepted like every 10 minutes or so, so you can buy your bunch of peeps quite fast
