Golden Rainbow had a major failure last week.
The server was quickly replaced to continue service. The failed server was then repaired, upgraded and reassumed the original function.
In the process, some user uploaded icons were lost. This happened in a small number of countries and our procedures are now improved to prevent such cases in the future.
Please check your countries on GR to find out if icons are lost. (only ones you have uploaded yourself).
As a result of the upgrade, GR will start running 6 game months each day (now 4).
