Some functions were moved to a different menu option or a different page. We are sorry for the trouble if any of the features seems to have disappeared. They are all there but many now appear only in a single place and they are better organized. 2. Maps Some corrections are implemented, fixing some errors when the navies were not painted correctly on the maps. Also some other items on the maps have been improved. All maps related commands are now on the map block. The map block can be turned on or off (as before) by use of the Hide Map/Show Map blue button. 3. Using Ammunition The monthly usage of ammunition was not computed correctly and as a result, some types of ammunition were not ordered on time or not ordered at all. The usage numbers are now corrected. Ammunition is ordered automatically, like all other products, unless the player decides to turn off the automation of purchasing and orders products manually. 4. Military Units The standard amount of ammunition in military units is increased to allow them longer action before ammunition is depleted and they become dependent on supply units. The numbers increased by 30 to 50%. When setting up a military unit or an air force wing, you can decide on the numbers of ammunition and can overrule the default settings. 5. C3 Countries The economies of C3 countries keep improving and more settings have been updated to optimize their finances. The C3 strategy for the closing of corporations is updated to prevent sudden closings of many corporations when they temporarily swing to a market surplus. C3 countries have an important role in stabilizing the markets as they start new corporations if there are severe shortages. However, C3 countries were too quick to react and caused large changes in production. |
Crafty | Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - 08:10 pm Aww.. I like the way C3s closed corps when some twat dumped a market, sort of made up for it! But yeah, it was a bit extreme. Nice one Andy. |
Drew | Thursday, December 6, 2012 - 07:27 am LOVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! The new automation screen. When I take over a c3 I know longer have to fiddle with the salaries, but a teensy problem is that the new salary is set to 300. Me thinks the salary acceptability variability gap is shrinking closing down some personalization opportunities. |
Gaz | Friday, December 7, 2012 - 09:50 pm Is there any personalization left? Apart from cosmetic settings, salaries were the only thing that people set different. |
Drew | Saturday, December 8, 2012 - 06:20 am I'm sorry I'm still a little p'd off about the nonsensical increased costs boost for high salary levels. So if there is a salary maximum (of sorts) and the salary min is increasing, you are lowering available salary levels to use. If the range used to be 201 to lets just say 400. But now it is 301 to 400 you are pretty much limiting your salary options. |
