harshrunner | Saturday, December 1, 2012 - 09:30 am So about the value of a corporation in gold coins.......why is it even there? I know that the high the gold coin number means it is more profitable but you can just find that out by looking at the profit part. So are we going to be able to buy corporations with GCs? Cause it seems to me to be really pointless to have that info and a waste of time inputing that coding in the game. But of course since I don't understand it atm for it could be something that I should be watching for and what not. I guess my base question about it is this. Does it affect the P/E? Value? Share price? The walfare of the corportion? Can or will we be able to buy/sell out the corporations using GCs? With Thanks Harshrunner |
Drew | Saturday, December 1, 2012 - 11:17 pm It us the other way around your MV determines that GC number. So if 1 GC equals 52B and your MV corp is 520B then this number is 10 GC. As for the other part of your question, I'm not sure, but I doubt anyone would be willing to spend GC's to buy corps but maybe I'm wrong. |
harshrunner | Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - 08:06 am Well you know humans, we are willing to buy anything if the game is fun and interesting enough to keep our attention long enough to spend the money lol. So if I am reading this right the knowledge of the GC Market value is really just useless knowledge, that has no real purpose in the workings of the corporations itself. If you ask me then thats was just a waste of coding time that could have gone elsewhere (and i'm making an RPG game so I know how much coding can go into something simple....like making it rain lol] BUT ya din't ask me that question so I ain't going to say that hehe :D Other than that I like this game lol it's a simple way to kill a few minutes of free time that i got in my day, only reason I stay. |
