Perhaps NATO will send an Ambassador comrade, if he/she is welcome of course.
The Envoy will cooperate with your Federation and establish NATO-Unique Ties.
NATO is the largest and most active Federation on White Giant. |

not bad Wilhelm, we have 14 members in our Fed with two pending..We can entertain a NATO-Unique treaty. Establish some ground rules.
