Crafty | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 04:37 am Seems strange to me that the welfare index doesnt change at the moment with largish changes to ED, Health and trans. Yes, thankyou, I know it takes time but I've been watching a while now. |
Anthony King | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 08:04 am Your paying too much government salary. Lower it down, increase health index above 160, education index above 200. If you don't get your health index rising, you'll lose more population. You should know that health index plays a major role in growing population. Provide that you have enough income supporting your indexes. My welfare index is stable at 122.80. It can improve better with higher indexes etc. |
Andy | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 09:31 am To increase your welfare index in the country, health, education, transportations are OK at a level of 120-130. A higher level of these indexes does not influence the welfare index. Also, employment should be reasonable (85+), supplies should be optimal (no shortages), and the social security index at 80+. If you have sold population in recent (real) months, it will have a very bad influence. to fix it quickly, you need to purchase population. You can also wait, but it will take time to repair. a very low quality of products in the country (purchasing level), can cost up to 3 points. The index is influenced by the lowest values of these indexes, it is not an average. a supply index of 20 could alone, crash the welfare index. a welfare index of 122 is excellent. |
SuperSoldierRCP | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 09:54 am ... so after everything in the last 2weeks that has gone on andy responds to this??? |
Crafty | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 12:25 pm So I easily exceed all these other indexes, thats why my welfare doesn't rise with higher health etc. Maybe the supply goes to 90 every now and then in most my countries. 122 I mostly achieve, with 120 quality country supplies. Thats about the max I can get then? excepting 3 extra points for high Q country supplies which I wouldnt want to pay out for yet. I often see mad high education and transport indexes, I guess these aren't helping the main welfare much, maybe useful for farming hi-tech people and I would have thought higher transport would definitely help corps welfare. It sure does in real life. Thanks for clarifying Andy. |
Crafty | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 12:28 pm And soldier, get off your high horse. this??? is an important matter and a genuine question, see, thats why it got answered. |
Tom Morgan | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 01:52 pm My thinking is that the GameMasters don't want to piss off the player community by unleashing bans upon mis-behaving, which is fine by me. Let the players self-regulate the conduct of the forums. |
Anthony King | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 06:05 pm Well, looks like we can't improve welfare index any better then. |
Crafty | Monday, August 27, 2012 - 06:46 pm Heh, I just noticed my KB main has 125+ welfare with 120 supplies. Wooooooot! |
