Hi Andy, I noticed there are some of this Enterprise with zero nominal value, trillion of debts. Most of their corp bleeding.
But they were not new, as most of those corp were public, so they were making money once upon a time.
For some of those corp, they own only 5% share, and could be taken over easily.

Active players will not run an enterprise this way, so i thought they are run by GM, or maybe they are already inactive for long time, as such the corp kept bleeding.

I wanted to find out as I am worried of taking over some active players corp and offending people.

Thats what happens if you dont keep it active for a month I think it is. You loose about 4 corps a month and the enterprise starts destroying ALL THE CORPS! :( Easy mistake to make if RL keeps you away.

I saw some of these corps in the enterprise with 300 supply quality for few items and sky high salary. So when a player went inactive, the enterprise will became auto mode, take matter into it`s own hand and destroy the corp.
Is it so?
So I guess it`s safe for me to buy those corps if the owner already went missing. I tried PM them and no reply.

Well that is until they come back? Problem is if they have cash debt over 3T they cannot enter the enterprise to see the messages on who has been bidding. So you would have been alright. But now you have started this thread they might read it and come for you? ;) LOL ?

Lol

I didn`t bid for those corps. I actually was looking for some bargain in the stock market. Those share was offered in the market as supply. So i bought it, then i realised that i took over the control. I make a check and then realised that the owner only owned 5% of the share and the other 95% was owned by investment fund.

I did not expect this and it was not a hostile takeover. I merely wanted to buy low and sell high, trading the market for fun. But like I say the owner only owned very little stocks and before I knew it, I already gain control. That`s why i began to wonder and started the thread, lol

uhmm, guess the enterprise already beyond repair with 14T debt and -3T cash. I am trying to save the corp and those workers. XD

Haha, nix is messing with you (or is he?).
If the owner is inactive and you have messaged them with no reply then you'll be fine.
