Jesus Christ | Monday, July 16, 2012 - 12:46 pm "Quote from personal email" Because i am blocked from posting anything on the forums and have been since november 2011. I've sent 3 emails to the contact us link provided, with the most recent being 10:34pm USA Central time last night. Theres multiple problems with my countries. I am a Paying member for almost two years. One problem being, every country i have has high education indexes of 160-200...and education priorities set at 12-18 for ALL goverment workers ( Teachers, Nurses, Doctors, Senior Doctors, and University Teachers ) and no workers are being made. Log into my account and see for your self. The numbers existing of these workers are extremely low and most are at zero. This problem only started a few days ago. Since when does a country with a population of 69 million, with an education index of 180, and education priorities set at 18 for NURSES, with a total number of priority points set at 120 as advised by game rules, not yeild a single nurse. Whats worse is it says its producing 15,000 nurses but its not showing up. I produced 15,000 nurses for the last 24 game months ( 2 days ), and built no new hospitals....but theres only 2800 nurses. I mean what am i supposed to do, set the priority to 120 for nurses only. I have a feeling if i did i would still have only a few thousand of them. And its like this in every country. If this isnt a problem then maybe i should be explained the answer to the dilema. Also even tho i've traded enough teachers into these countries from my main country which has now shortened it of its proffesionals...the indexes do not rise. I've built 750 elementary schools and the education index did not rise a single point. And its been several days. From the past, im somewhat sure that 750 new schools would had risen the index up at least a few points...in the past it rose several from a smaller number of schools. And something this is pretty small compared to the above but In one of my countries, theres nurses, doctors, and senior doctors reserved for hospitals thats not even being built. And its been that way since march 2012. |
Jesus Christ | Monday, July 16, 2012 - 03:45 pm Update Its November 1st within the game, on LU. The education levels say 13,499 teachers were made. However, only 3000 actually risen. Its now 27,000 from 24,000. Not exact numbers but you get my drift. And the other countries are all at ZERO for all goverment workers. This is hurting my long term indexes becasue schools and hospitals are being shut down and im basically wasting money. Why is this happening? |
Keto | Monday, July 16, 2012 - 05:22 pm Tell him to try raising salaries of government workers. They should be at least 75%of corporate salaries. I was having the same issue with high edu indexes. I was always low or 0 on doctors/teachers. Now all categories are stable |
Spiderman | Monday, July 16, 2012 - 11:01 pm I think it rather in poor taste to use the name "Jesus Christ" in an online game. Change it or prepare to meet thy death. |
Crafty | Monday, July 16, 2012 - 11:08 pm Meh, he'll only resurrect and go and tell his daddy. |
Jesus Christ | Tuesday, July 17, 2012 - 12:51 am To Keto Quote Thanks for trying to help man but that still doesnt help anything really, i mean it wouldnt affect why 750 elementary schools doesnt add a single point to the education index. It still wouldnt explain why this happened all of a sudden also. My goverment salaries are at 250. I figure thats plenty enough to keep workers coming, i mean especially if its been working fine for 2 years. And it doesnt explain why it says its producing 15,000 workers but only 3000 new ones show up. I been keeping a close eye on it. Its not a problem on my end, its gotta be a glitch somewhere. Its too many things going wrong at once. At first i thought it was something new with the game that i would prepare for but no one is having a problem. And like i said im loosing money slowly and loosing schools, universities and hospitals. Thanks for your advice tho. Un Quote If the Game Master see's my name is unfit and wants me to change it then i happily will. If you would have asked nicely i would have no problem with it. I seem to remember a friend of mine threating someone and she was banned. In all fairness i think Spiderman should be banned as well. Of course certain people can get away with things so i wont hold my breath |
Spiderman | Tuesday, July 17, 2012 - 03:17 am It's a war game, whoever you are, grow a set. ha ha ha Won't be the only threat you will ever receive in an eco/war game. ha ha ha ha Ban Spiderman???? Crafty | Tuesday, July 17, 2012 - 09:07 pm Tell your mate Kasper to listen to keto OK. He's going to be spot on with his diagnosis, he's no noob, and I also draw the same conclusion. If your Govt. salaries are less than 75% of corporate then the teachers, nurses and doctors will go else where and the schools and hospitals close. Doesnt matter how many you build. This will lead to less people being born/more dying, emigration of pop to better countries, fewer skilled being trained. You can train all the nurses you want, but they'll just go get jobs in industry where they earn twice as much. Kapiche? (sp?) So if you aren't prepared to listen to 2 vets then dont bother ask. I doubt Andy would have time to re-itterate what you have already been told. If you really dont believe us, post the country name and world and I'll copy/paste the appropriate figures to show you. |

Keto | Thursday, July 19, 2012 - 05:28 am Government Salary Index This is the salary level for government workers in the country. It is used in education, in health and in the army. The higher the salary level is, the higher the cost of government, the army and other government functions. On the other hand, if the difference in salaries between government and industry is too big, many may move from health and education into the industry and cause shortages of nurses, teachers etc. |
