Grant | Thursday, June 21, 2012 - 12:17 am my corps value keep going down and down after ipo idk how to bring them back up |
Andy | Thursday, June 21, 2012 - 08:01 am if shares are offered and not bought, this will reduce their price. you can purchase them back or just wait. a low P/E ratio will increase demand. try to optimize the profit in the corporation. |
Commander Pe@cE | Thursday, June 21, 2012 - 08:24 am After IPO, it`s common that corp value drop. When state corp changes to public corp, it pays country resource instead and profit actually went down sharply after IPO. You might try to increase the profit, or if the corp becomes truly public, profit will increase, but in the initial IPO, profit always drop and value drop. IPO to your own enterprise is one way to retain all the profit within your own empire although the value of the corp will still drop. |
Andy | Thursday, June 21, 2012 - 05:46 pm Although the contribution cost is added, other costs in the corporation decline. The share market conditions, mainly conditions that trigger the purchase and sales of shares by funds, determine the price of the shares. Our expectations are that long term, public corporations will have a higher market value than all other types of corporations. |
Arccuk | Tuesday, June 26, 2012 - 09:17 pm Usually I would agree, but my recent experience is that freshly IPO'd ceo corps go UP in value, sometimes quite dramatically! I believe the share demand may be having a greater effect than previously. Not sure if this is due to a game change or something I have done differantly. |
