This may sound like a stupid question but where exactly is the 'Security Council Headquarters' supposed to be located on this game? is there supposed to be one located on each world? for example in real life the UN building is located in New York, USA. |

I think it's located directly under your mouse pointer when you click it. Among the cluster of CEO space centers, and just across from the Church of Simcountry.
Pretty sure it's right there... |
