Andy I know you said you where going to run some war simulations, so I went ahead and did so as well in order to see the cost of wars and the revenue from taking a c3.

Based on the reduction of c3 revenue by 37.5%.

Here is my Simulation: At War lv 7:

These Numbers are with the recent costs of weapons and ammo. Margin of error + or - 7%.

50,000 Navy Fighter Missiles used 500-800B
400 Navy Fighters lost 175B
200 Fighter Planes lost 350 Quality 225B
20,000 Air to Air Missiles 500B-950B
400 Precision Bomber Lost 350 Quality 362B
40,000 Precision Bombs 350 Quality 500-950B
7,500 laser quided bombs 350 Quality 665B
15 Stealth bombers lost 350 Quality 157B
Miscellaneous Ammo and units lost 100-500B

Total War cost at War LV 7 = 3.185T Low End - 4.785T

Total Revenue from War at War lv 7= 4.95T if taken in less than one month - and less if taken after more than one month.

Total profit or loss 200B Low End 600B High End if taken in less than one month.

Total profit or loss -500B low end -1.2T high end if taken after more than one month.

Summary: In order to correct the issue of War costs at war level 7 revenue has to be 6T from 8T that it used to be, instead of the 4.95T it is as right now.

Fix: Increase revenue by 1T.
