War level 11 will be added next week. Once installed, it will be possible to reach game level 15 that requires war level 11.
Reaching war level 11 will award the player 150 gold coins.
Reaching game level 15 will award the player 275 gold coins.
C3s at that war level will be harder to fight. They have more air force units and a higher quality weapons.
Stealth units are increased in size from 12 to 14 stealth bombers each (for all war levels) and they have more ammunition.
In addition, stealth bombers at this level, will counter attack twice each time an attack is launched.
This means that these counter attacks will become more lethal and increase the damage to your army.
More war levels are being prepared and they might include stealth bomber units that will counterattack 3 times or more and their targets may include not only the air force but any other target in the country, including cities, corporations, military bases and fortifications. This will not be part of war level 11.
We expect to install this update on May 22 or May 23. |

Currently Andy the stealth bombers counter attack only the airforce wheny they president countries are attacking, does this mean that president stealth bombers will also attack other things than just the airforce. Andy can you make it so that if a president attacks another presidents country with their airfore, 50% of the time they will attack airfore the other 50% they will attack something else or somethign along those lines. |

Please read my previous response.
In war level 11 they will attack air force units only. Fighting C3 countries for higher war levels, they will attack other targets too.
At a later stage, president will be able to setup their own stealth bombers units to auto respond in case the country is attacked and enter an attack plan that will tell them wings which targets to attack. |

Nice, this would ehlp alot becuase currently they only attack the air wings that attack but they do not really do anything, having them attack other targets would be really devestating to the opponent attacking. |
