If you look the game says i have 10T but i only have 1.5T in cash. I havent moved cash to corps, or withdrawn cash from the CEO to my account.

Can the GM look into this and tell me what happened?

Cash does not disappear. we all know that.
you mean that you do not know what it was used for.

You should however know exactly where it is.

You have offered loans to others and the loans were taken.These are manual offers you have entered yourself.

Check the graph of your loans. It shows an increase, the same as the decline in cash.
