Both the minimum values and maximum values of the quality of weapons and ammunition have been increased.

The limits have been raised for weapons and ammunition that are stored in the country and for those in the military units.
Minimum quality in the country is 120 (was 100) and max quality is 400 (was already at 400) on all worlds.

Also the fighting levels of military units have been increase. minimum value is now 120 (was 110) and max value is 300 (was 250) and 400 on FB (was 350).
