There are expired countries on some accounts.
These countries are reserved for a player but are not used at all and should in fact be removed and made available for new players.

Such countries may see their economy deteriorate quickly. After 30 days of being expired, the countries will be removed and handled as bankrupted countries.

Assets and debt will move to the main country in the empire.
