It seems that In simcountry we have two currencies game cash and gold coins? Why not merge gold coins into game cash and have everything be based on game cash. If you want goods in space make it be based on cash not coins, if you want population make it be based on cash, If you want anything make it be based on cash. One of the biggest complications is gold coins. I do not understand why not have everything be based on cash and no more gold coins. In game rewards should also be cash. Having two in game currencies makes it complicated when it should be easy. I want to hear your thoughts everyone before I posted this on voting. |

Makes sense. Gold Coins only add another level of complexity to the game. Andy, any effort to simplify the real tedious aspects of the game would be welcome. It would make trading in space much easier as the player would know exactly what he/she is paying per item.

That's why I wanted to bring this up, it seems logical that gold coins should be turned back in to the GM at a fixed rate and have the game be based on game money and not gold coins. |

Good job trying to come up with a solution, and I'm not trying to be negative but......
......the GM's will never go for taking GC's out of the game.
If the GM's are bent on keeping two currencies, then they need to make BOTH available for purchase from the game. |

Two currencies don't make sense though. It's like the Governments of Europe (hypothetically) saying "Let's have Euros for everyday spending like buying bread and frogs legs, but when you deposit your cash in the bank it must be in European Dollars."
Useless. Complicated. Messy. More likely to screw something up. Don't even mention exchange rates. |

Total thread bust, lol, no really, theres no point in limiting gold coins they should just get rid of them, if you limit them than they will still be two currencies, let them get rid of it, and game cash will make everything simple. |

Well i know something needs to be done soon cus i dont want to set up defences in 8 countries. It took me a month to get all the weapons put into enterprises, now im going to have to send them right back in, re set up everything, then if this does get passed, i guess send the weapons abck out yet again |

I use war protection for all my countries instead of protecting them with weapons. Before i started this, i had alot of weapons defending the country that cost alot in defence cost. If its going to be near impossible to get coins, that means i can no longer keep all those countries in war protection. Therefore, i need to re set up my defence which includes buying weapons |
