I've seen it attempted on LU.
The most it's ever gone is 6 max. It takes 10 just to boycott services, not high-tech or military, but STANDARD services. |

best thing, set you min supply levels to 65GM, it'll cost allot, but then you'll have insurance. but it'll cost allot |

I have min supply levels at 5 years with a 20 year ordering, thinking about increasing it after my arms buildup. |
