Holy crud!

My country had its second earthquake since I took over, but this one just destroyed 6 of my 30 factories!

What is the best way to deal with the aftermath of an earthquake?

Click the Disasters link, there you'll see how many disaster recovery units you need to help your population weather the aftermath. If you don't have the needed resources, you'll have to buy them before setting up the units.
