Psycho_Honey (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, February 1, 2012 - 08:16 am This is my proposal for peace with JackSeptic as a result of wars stemming from CorporatePartner and hostile bids. JackSeptic expressed an interest in peace, so I will offer the following. 1. Unconditional Surrender(no surrender of territory), immediate cease fire. 2. Disassociate from Corporate Partner. Feds, CMs, and other similar instruments. 3. Public condemnation of of CorporatePartner's hostile bids. 4. Encroachments: We or anyone associated to us by federation and common market can never host a nation bordering your countries or mine. 5. We should never occupy the same territory in a region on any continent. Unless agreed upon on by both of us in advance. 6. You should not associate yourself with CorporatePartner, through federation or common market unless CorporatePartner and I come to terms openly for all in Simcountry to witness. 7. The treaty should not be broken, by either party. If it is the other party has the right to immediately nullify this treaty and take any action necessary to protect one's self against said breech. 8. All countries currently in use are exempt from the encroachment clause. 9. This treaty is amendable in any manner so long as we both come to an agreement. 10. This treaty and a non-agression pact shall be in effect for no longer 50 game years. It shall be revisited in 45 game years in order to discuss extending or rescinding the treaty. Jack can accept or not. The outcome is rather obvious to comprehend if a peace agreement is not reached. |
Psycho_Honey (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, February 1, 2012 - 04:50 pm After careful deliberation with my war council, it pains me to report: Regretfully I am forced to remove my offer of terms for peace from JackSeptic. We suspect he was not at all serious about achieving a real peace but rather a cease fire in order to regroup. He did not offer to be open to terms until he realized precision bombs and conventional missiles are not a smart way to go about destroying forts. I knew he was stalling but I made myself available to at least attempt sincerely to come to some sort of peace. It is unfortunate that he has failed to ratify this treaty in a timely manner. A considerable amount of time will pass before I will be open to returning to the peace table. A genuine opportunity for peace and immunity from hostilities was missed here. Should I return to the table ever again in the future and my efforts met with such disingenuous stalling, I shall not return to my peaceful nature with this individual ever again. |
