I'd just like to know, for example, i had 30,000 Fighter planes at 120Q.
I sold 5000 and bought in 5000 270q.
The quality has now been bumped up to 274.
Does the quality submit to all the planes overall, or just those 5000? And the other 25k are 120? |

It takes an average of all planes. Same goes for all units,weapons,ammunition |

The average does not work though keto. The average of 25K fighter planes at 120Q and 5K fighter planes at 270Q does not equal 30K fighter planes at 274Q.
