Hey everyone. I know this belongs on the Suggestions page but I thought more people might see it here.
Recently when building corps in my Enterprise, I have noted the lack of an option to set the salary of a corporation when it is being constructed. This means that later on in the day, if the corp does not fully employ everyone in its respective country due to high salaries, I have to manually scroll through my corps and find that corp and adjust the salary. This can get quite boring and bothersome when I have to do this to tens of corps at a time.
What I am suggesting is that the GameMaster add a "Set Salary at Construction" box, which would be found on the same screen as the table which shows how many unemployed workers of each type are avaliable in the country chosen. This would quicken the process and also allow Presidents to state what salary they would like when they are ordering for the corp/s. The GM could also place the 'Average Salary Index' on the same screen, which would show the CEO what the average wage of the nation is, allowing the Enterprise to aim above when there are worker shortages and below when there is mass unemployment.
I will put this up for vote should the response be positive.

Hey Tom, under the automation settings, can't you set a target salary for new corps? I think this is the option you're looking for. (If you're talking about something else, sorry. Although I'll take an appletini.) |
