Can anyone tell me why I dropped all the way down from game level 6 to 3? Though all my indexes were higher than what they needed to be? Also it says i dont have a CEO index anymore, though i most certainly do, i can still access it from the portal its membership doesnt stop until dec. 23 also my premium membership doesnt end until january 11th
