I've noticed a lot of new players make a ton of corps then go inactive(gone 1month or more), half the time they block CEO's, is it possiable that after someones been gone 1real month or they are in debt the game auto allows CEO's? Im saying this becuase sometimes sometimes they have alot of unemployed pop which is good or CEO or they have good corps to bid on
